Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other Salon & Spa guests as well as our service providers, we ask that you notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment in order to avoid a charge of 50% of your scheduled treatment cost. We respect your time and appreciate your choice to spend it with Cascada Salon & Spa. We have created our cancellation policy to provide the utmost versatility and convenience to our guests. Booking a reservation is your acceptance of our cancellation policy.

What time should I arrive for my Salon or Spa appointment?

We ask that you arrive to Cascada Salon & Spa about 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check in at the desk, relax and complete any necessary client consultation forms.

What if I am late?

We will always do our very best to accommodate everyone, however arriving late may limit the amount of time for your treatment lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment.

What are the Hours of Business for the Salon and for the Spa?

The Hours for the Spa are:
Sunday 12-6, Mondays By Appointment Only, Tuesday through Friday 9-7:00 and Saturday 9:00-5:00
The Hours for the Salon are
Sunday and Monday By Appointment Only, Tuesday through Friday 10-7:00 and Saturday 9-5:00

Where is Cascada Salon & Spa and where should I park?

We are located at 487 Broadway in Downtown Saratoga Springs. Street parking is available, and there is also a parking garage located off of Church Street with ample parking.

If I am pregnant, what services can I receive?

Expectant guests may receive any nail, hair or make up service and facial services that don’t include a peel. Once you are safely in your 2nd trimester, pregnant guests may receive a prenatal Swedish massage either 30 or 60 minutes in duration.

What if I have special medical needs?

We recommend that you check with your physician before visiting Cascada Salon & Spa. Please notify us of any special needs or concerns when you book your services. Your therapist will also briefly review your health history with you before beginning your services.
